I've spent over 20 years in the fitness industry learning all I can to help you be your best self! I currently offer one-on-one, small group (2-4 people), and group fitness classes tailored for figure skaters in Charlotte, NC. Contact me so we can get started!

PERSONAL TRAINING
My approach to personal training is positive, empowering, and education-based. I do my best to teach as well as instruct, so my clients can feel empowered to take their health into their hands. The workouts I create for clients take everything about each individual into account: goals, preferences, comfort level, current condition, and every other relevant aspect. My goal is always to leave each person I work with better off than when they came to me, day by day, week by week, and year by year. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages, ability levels, and goals. Book above!


FIGURE SKATER FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

Currently, I'm offering group classes for figure skaters focusing on strength/power and mobility/injury prevention in the Charlotte area. Book online by following the tab above! Choose between Skater Strength and Conditioning for ages 12+ (including adults) and Adventure Recess (ages 5-11). If there is enough interest, we can add times, days, and options.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Personal training, but made more affordable by including a couple friends! Available for groups of 2-4 people of similar goals and abilities (must be doing approximately the same things so I can effectively coach). Book a session above! Available times are on the booking calendar.
