PERSONAL TRAINING
My approach to personal training is positive, empowering, and education-based. I do my best to teach as well as instruct, so my clients can feel empowered to take their health into their hands. The workouts I create take everything about each individual into account: goals, preferences, comfort level, current condition, and every other relevant aspect. My goal is always to leave each person I work with better off than when they came to me. I am comfortable working with clients of all ages, ability levels, and goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Personal training, but made more affordable and fun by including a couple friends! Available for groups of up to 3 people of similar goals and abilities (must be doing approximately the same things so I can effectively coach).
